2026 FORUM

Cernay-la-Ville, France | May 3-6, 2026

COMMUNITY

Our cross-disciplinary, global community is carefully selected through a nomination and vetting process led by a team of advisors and past participants. We bring together globally minded leaders, industry pioneers, and rising changemakers—spanning entrepreneurship, investing, policy, science, the arts, and beyond—with a commitment to comprehensive representation.

EXPERIENCE

Odyssey curates intentional experiences for leading minds. All programming is informed by the attendee list through prior research, conversations, and shared curiosity. We blend thoughtful conversation, immersive experiences, and unstructured time for reflection and connection. In addition to roundtable discussions, participants engage in expert-led workshops spanning movement and embodiment, art and culture, music, film, literature, food, and wine.

ENGAGEMENT

The format centers on roundtable sessions, designed in a moderated seminar style, emphasizing equal participation and open exchange under Chatham House Rules. We welcome seasoned experts and curious beginners to each topic to share, listen, and question. Our balanced approach to engagement creates space for leaders to step away from daily demands, reconnect with curiosity, and explore new ideas.

EXPANSION

Gatherings are intentionally designed for meaningful exchange, reflection, and ideation. Attendees are invited to challenge assumptions, broaden their worldview, and engage in conversations with depth. Together, we explore a range of topics—from urgent global issues like geopolitics, climate, security, and health, to emerging innovations, timeless philosophy, and the deeper questions that shape how we live and lead.

This session explores the groundbreaking potential—and ethical dilemmas—of AI’s growing use in medicine, asking where we should draw the line between innovation and human touch in healthcare.

Designing the Conditions for Breakthrough Creativity

02

A New World Order: How Will Shifting Alliances Shape Our Future

03

History is likely to judge that we are in the final stages of the most significant shift in the world order since the end of World War II. What brought the old order down? What will the new order look like, and what will be its defining characteristics? And, most important, what will its impact be on our national security and economic well-being?

The Pre-Mortem: Crafting the Eulogy of Our Own Lives

04

At its core, the “pre-mortem” is really about living with intention. What will be said about us when we’re gone? By imagining our own eulogies, we gain clarity on the values we want to embody and the impact we hope to leave behind.

Reimagining Connection: Technology’s Impact on Mental Health and Our Sense of Belonging

05

In a world where connection is just a click away, why do so many people feel disconnected or unfulfilled? Has technology changed the way we form relationships? Are we experiencing a shift in how we build authentic community?

The Future of Faith: What Fills the Void When Religion Fades?

06

As traditional belief systems evolve, new ways of seeking meaning, moral direction, and faith are emerging. From wellness culture and political ideologies to tech-driven philosophies and decentralized communities, people are still searching for connection and purpose—just in new forms. But are these modern paths of spirituality helping us find deeper fulfillment, or are we missing something essential, such as the historical structures that religion once anchored society?
